Cause Analysis:

1. The tungsten electrode has pores; 2. the tungsten electrode is split; 3. the arc starting current is set too large.

solution:

1. Cut off the tip and sharpen it again; 2. Cut off the split and sharpen it or replace it with a new tungsten electrode; 3. Set the arc starting current to about half of the upper limit of the working current.
